I know the UPSTO was in a hiring frenzy for new patent examiners about a year or so ago, but things have changed.  What is the best way to find out when they are hiring?  I keep an eye on this site:  http://usptocareers.gov/Pages/PEPositions/Jobs.aspx
but I have seen no activity within the last few months.  Is this the most up-to-date source for hiring info?

the uspto site provides some information about current evaluation of the thousands apps they received earlier this year.  I think they mentioned the first results of the evaluation is to be sent out this month and so on, with some to start working as early as late June or July.  In my view, they probably won't take in more apps until they finished evaluating the current batch.
