Hi,

I was wondering if anybody here has a copy of the WINDSURFING INTERNATIONAL INC. v. TABUR MARINE (GREAT BRITAIN) LTD 1985 case which they could send me. I'm trying to get a firm understanding of it and unfortunatley there is not much about on it except for references to it and the occasional brief overview.
