I am an author whose self pub'd book was bought by a publisher and then when the contract was up, I requested that the rights be reverted back to me.  I did a much better job of selling the book myself and it still makes me good money.  It has been on the market for 11 years now. 
I recently discovered that an online site which covers my type of material is using a large number of pages from my book - word for word- to market a book written by someone else and sold on their site.  I am furious.  I would like to sue for my losses and need an attorney.  My company is in the process of gearing up revenue for a new venture and I cannot take too much away for retainer purposes.  I would like to find an attorney that would be willing to work on a contingency basis considering I believe that I have a claim for statutory damages.  Can anyone out there help?
