I have recently passed the Patent Bar (first try) using the 2004 PLI Patent Bar Study Guide and portions of the Bullseye study guide.

The study guide is not marked in and includes the following:
1) 3 ring binder with study guide, key words glossary, post course materials, claim drafting & amendment supplement, claimslight/claim drafting workbook, and study guide exercie & practice exam material.
2) prime questions with answers
3) audio lectures - all 38 CDs
4) Precourse materials

I don't have the MPEP that came with it and if any additional materials come with it, I don't have those either.  The materials that I do have are unmarked and in good condition.

If requested, I will throw in the Bullseye CD based on MPEP E8R2 and a printed copy of the MPEP E8R3.  The Bullseye CD has (among other things) an exam outline and the old questions broken down by chapter and by test. 

Although these materials are somewhat older, they cover the same topics currently tested.  For example, many of the questions in the test bank for the computer test are from the 2000-2003 tests.  For a list of reported questions in the test bank, see mypatentbar.com or patentbarquestions.com.
