Is the rumored merger of T&T with Kilpatrick Stockton still going to happen?

So much for the assumption working at the patent office for more than 2 years is a negative.

You left out the part where Mr. Van Horn was an examining group director, deputy solicitor, and deputy assistant commissioner.  He didn't exactly spend 31 years in the stacks.  The assumption is that there's little growth in examining after a couple years, and IMHO it's quite true.

Mine too.  Mine and pretty much everybody I've ever met in this field.

Sorry dman.  It's just that I love these guys so much.   I mean, how low on the totem pole do you have to be to to be the guy they send to hoc a real estate site to a bunch of patent lawyers?

Keep the faith, humphrey.  Keep the faith.
That's "hawk".  "hock" would be if we were a bunch of pawn shops.  "hoc" is . . . well, Latin, but I only speak French ("quod erat demonstratum, baby") and German ("ein bier, bitte").

Anyway, most of these spammers don't even speak English.  They just cut-and-paste whatever is on the list they get from the spam-service.  They're based in China, Vietnam, Thailand, eastern Europe. . . .  They get a few cents for posting the links, and a few more if anyone clicks on one.

LOL.  Yep, I meant "hawk," I think.  Whatever the verb is.  I did not mean to go all Roman on you.
