Salary of patent attorneys in LA and/or bay area

How much do IP boutiques pay for a patent attorney having a BSEE, JD and 2 yrs patent pros. experience. Also what is it for a patent attorney having 0 years, 1 year, and 3 years of experience respectively.

i know it depends on the billable hour requirement so it may be easier to give an hourly billable rate and a percentage of your rate as a more reasonable indicator.

Is 33-36% a standard percentage at IP boutiques.
