I know a guy that specializes in just this subject.  William Bonk in DC.  http://www.emergingstrategies.com

I saw the sticky in another forum here complaining about spam.  This isn't.  I just know, from personal experience, he's the guy to talk to.

Any potential SOLUTION... (to such an age-old problem)
should never be regarded as "spam".

I don't know if "Bonk & co." is any different
than those invention submission companies,
but I can assure you that I for one, aim to find out!

If anyone is out there in Cyberspace...
(...intelligent life forms only)
who will either help out, or partner up with
a small inventor, on a contingency basis...
PLEASE FEEL FREE TO USE - A FLASHING NEON SIGN
TO GET OUR ATTENTION, IF NECESSARY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(That would constitute a major discovery - not spam.)
