There's a guy I work with in DC named William Bonk.  He actually made meetings like this happen.  Post if you have any questions.

For somebody who needs help, it seems a little risky to disqualify the person who can help you, solely based on a shortcoming of his website.
Good brokers are usually not good webmasters.
