How use an expired patent

Hi

I want to use  an expired patent (Issue date: Mar 1972).
But my device  is better then  old one and I use it a 5 years in my home and my friends homes.
I am never sold it.

Question:
What should I do for using  this patent or I need open my own patent?

Expired patents have no rights.  Nothing you do can infringe the expired patent.
