Need to find my part cheaper.

Was wondering how to locate a part that goes to my invention,possibly from China.
I have found it as cheap as possible buying 100 pieces at a time through a company that is some kind of master distributor and is definetily the cheapest in the US so far but I see it being manufactured in china.Ive even found a couple places in china but dont know how to initiate the process because Ive never called China and dont speak chinese and dont know the time difference etc.
Is there some sort of a one stop locator service that can search for me and be the go between or is at simple as just calling these manufacters.

It's the only inventor-centric forum I'm aware of.  This is a great place for learning about the law, but manufacturing is a different subject altogether.
