Hockeydude, I suppose you are playing icehockey, because that would explain your rather rude and contemptive behaviour.

As Jim Ivey has said, the advice given by Jeff was sound, made sense and lacked any personal (business) interest. For that matter, i can only second that advice, although I don't have any knowledge of the intricacies of US IP law, since I'm a European.
Thus also for me here no personal interest  ;)
