Compensation for Inventor employees in Germany (and Japan)

Hello I am a post grad student looking for some (ulp urgent) help.

I would like to know where i can source caselaw in Japan and Germany on the matter of compensation for inventor employees.

Also where I can find the Compensation Directive in Germany for calculating this compensation.
