Hi all,

I'm preparing a 37 CFR 1.181 petition to address a number of 132 (newly added matter) objections.  I'd also like to petition the fact that the examiner denied entry of an exhibit which just showed inherency of the newly added matter.  May I combine/address the two issues in one petition or do I need to sumbit two separate 37 CFR 1.181 petitions--one on the 132s and one on the entry of the exhibit?

Also, it seems that the 37 CFR 1.181 petition is one of the few that does not require a fee.  Is this correct?

Lol. Have fun trying to prove inherency. Don't say I didn't warn you.

What specifically do you mean by "exhibit"?

Is this evidence of some kind (e.g., technical document, patent, etc.) that you tried to enter after-final?
