MPEP searches during exam
« on: 11-04-09 at 12:11 pm »

On the exam, I know you can go to each individual chapter before starting keyword searches.

I have 2 questions about what happens once you get to your chapter:

1. Is there a link to go directly to the section you want (e.g., 720)? I believe there is.

2. If so, then can I still do a keyword search that would find the term in the Table of Contents of that chapter? So for example, let's say I know Public Use Proceedings is in chapter 700, but I don't know it's 720. Once I open up 700, can I do a keyword search to confirm that Public Use Proceedings is 720? So basically, can you search for words within the Table of Contents of each individual chapter?

Thanks!
