Good Lord, you're right!
Thought perhaps you were joking about the trucking, but the link actually does say TruckAccidentAttorney!
Ah, to enjoy the convivial association of professionals in the bar....

After Albritton v. Frenkel and Cisco, only careful observation of the truth and no opinion is allowed.  (Sigh)

(BTW, I hope you took note of the silver colored tape background and stylish red cross on the mallard's wing... Worked hard to create my first published digital derivative fine artwork.  Wink )

This post is an off-the-cuff musing and should not be misconstrued as legal advice. THERE IS NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN US. Proper legal advice requires full disclosure of facts-not appropriate to a public forum-and attorney research time and effort which has not been expended here.

It's merely an iconic reference to the damaged appendage, also serving to bring the eye to the exquisite work on the carefully swathed limb.  (Silver doesn't show up well against brown.)  And luckily, or duckily, the mallard is not making a trademark use.  (Although perhaps it should have been green to be on the safe side!)  ... Then again, I suppose if the cross wasn't in permanent ink and the duck dove for food, J&J or ARC might have a dilution claim?
