Hi all~

I am studying to take a patent bar sooner or later.  I am a foreigner and stay here in U.S. under H3 visa.
Even though i pass the patent bar, i know only maintains a limited recognition state. And, after returning to my country, according to the related provison of CFR, i understand limited recognition state also expires.

Then, if i come here to the U.S. again in the furture, should i pass the patent bar test again?

I don't think you need to re-pass the exam, but when in doubt
ASK THE USPTO OFFICE OF ENROLLMENT

I don't believe you'll have to re-pass it.. maybe just get it re-confirmed?

UV is right though, your best bet is it ask the USPTO. Smiley
