If its the actual article out of the magazine then yes, you own the magazine and can sell it or part of it, but if you are xeroxing it or copying it and selling copies, that's copyright infringement.

From a practical perspective, though, you might ask yourself whether or not anyone out there is looking to enforce the copyright.  I am not suggesting that you knowingly infringe a copyright, but the question is nonetheless valid.

The flip side of Jeff's very good consideration is whether or not eBay will ban your user name merely for receiving a complaint that you might be violating copyright, even if not from a copyright owner seeking to enforce copyright.

I strongly doubt that given all the outrageous stuff Ebay allows to happen everyday. I'd say go for it, Robert.
