Sorry for the confused title, but it's hard to state.
As a moderator of a on-line forum, I found that a member had posted a link to Scribid. I followed the link and found a copywritten document published after 2000. It had been placed on line as a PDF file.
Since clicking on the link actually starts a download, is this considered copyright infringement?
Is merely posting the link illegal?
