The invention is a method and system for covering an open dome, such as the, "Bird's Nest", used in the Olympics in China.

The Pole with cover is stored underground under, and emerges mechanically,
where by at the proper height, it is mechanically opened, when opened it is then mechanically lowered to its cover position, over the Dome.

My present interest is to create an original, "work of art".
