Hello Friends,
I am new to this forum. I came across this forum while I was searching for information on " how to become patent agent' and am really glad to bump into this forum. I am finishing my PhD in Biochemistry by this year end. Also, I am preparing for LSAT.. I am pretty sure that hardly any law firm sponsors "H1B Visas" these days especially to fresh-out-of-PhDs , but wanted to know , if I can gain experience at law firm on "OPT" ( which is ~ 2 yrs now) and use that experience later to apply for law firms that can sponsor me work permit. Has anyone done that or know somebody who are in same situation.....
