In-House Patent Agent/Attorney (Irvine - Orange Co.)

Southern California -  Irvine, CA (Orange County)  based intellectual property law firm seeks a full-time in-house USPTO registered patent attorney or agent with preferably an electrical or computer science background.

Ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of heavy US and PCT prosecution experience. Must be able to work independently and desire client contact and responsibility. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin is highly desired, but not required. Ability to provide litigation support is a plus. Casual and entrepreneurial atmosphere.

I think of "in-house" attorney as meaning working for a company that is not a law firm.  But, you made it clear it is for a law firm in your post.  So its all good.
