Since when does J&J sell sell duc(k)t tape?   Or is that an ARC product?

It's merely an iconic reference to the damaged appendage, also serving to bring the eye to the exquisite work on the carefully swathed limb.  (Silver doesn't show up well against brown.)  And luckily, or duckily, the mallard is not making a trademark use.  (Although perhaps it should have been green to be on the safe side!)  ... Then again, I suppose if the cross wasn't in permanent ink and the duck dove for food, J&J or ARC might have a dilution claim?
