It there a way to easily understand how to apply the 35 USC 102 a, b, c, d, e, f, a n d g to fact patterns in exam questions ? I have memorized the sections but not sure what order to apply them to a fact pattern in a question that asks about multiple sections of 102.  Or 102 vs 103 analysis, applications.

I don't think you truly understand 102 and 103.  Review old questions over and over until you get it.

Practice the old exams, that's the best way.  It is good practice because sometimes they word the question to try to get you thinking of 103 when you should be thinking 102.. and the opposite.
