Firstly hi!

my question is, i have on a website 900 photos on display that i have taken, i have asked the owner of the site to remove these pictures as i no longer want his site to display them. i have coppies of all the pictures and he has admited that they are mine. but he still has not removed them. Do i own the copyright on these photos?? and can i legaly make him remove them?

Dear Elmo,
There are rights under the copyright law and then there is copyright registration that enables enforcement of the rights. There are questions as to what rights there are in published works that have no copyright notice and what those rights are if the works are thereafter registered.
Barn doors can be closed and some of the horses may be saved.
What end result do you want? Are you willing to pay legal and filings fees to set your world right? Do you want to live in darkness in a world of light?

i am willing to use reasonable amount of funds to make sure they are removed.

he is also refusing me acess to personal info he holds about me can i also use the data protection act to make him let me see it if not remove it?
