Final thought - any chance you can leverage a local county or city legal aid society, or local bar association?  I admit I'm just shooting in the dark here, but it might be worth it to see if there may be someone who could hook you up with a pro-bono "last check" type review of the sort you propose.
Also try asking the local law schools about their legal clinics;  I know one that has a patent clinic, although it's set up to help a specific engineering contest, not to assist outside inventors in general.

The Original Poster is clearly affiliated with PatentExpress, as he has been spamming the boards for the last few days.

My opinion?  None of those sites are worth the money you may spend.  Patent applications aren't "forms" to fill out, they are detailed, substantive documents.  My advice is to steer clear of such sites at all costs.

One day my former GC of a former employer visited our local offices from HQ High-N-Mighty and decided to sit through my "Patent Basics 101" class. (half-day class I gave quarterly to anyone who wanted to come - R&D, Marketing, etc.  Usually had anywhere from 20-50 attendees).

During the Q&A following the final segment the GC told me how he'd heard about "contract writing software" and wanted to know why there wasn't similar software he could use "instead of all you patent attorneys".

Tried to explain to him that, first, the contract writing software was not very good at writing contracts and second, that a patent wasn't exactly a secrecy or supply agreement.

His next question was why couldn't he replace half his patent attorneys with paralegals?

These were serious (on his part) questions.  All of this in front of about 30 of the local R&D staff and management.  He really just had no clue what patent attorneys did.

Oh, that's nothing! I am currently working on the software that first actually comes up with useful inventions and only then proceeds to patent those.  ;D
