Hello everyone:

I  am a foreign patent attorney in USA. I am wondering if I can take the patent bar exam without American law degree. Thanks a lot!

In part, this depends on your visa and residency status.  If you're a permanent resident, you can take it.  If you're here on an employment visa, your employment must require it, and you would only get limited recognition to work on cases through your employer.

Yes you can, no law degree is required.  I went through the procedure. You do need an appropriate technical degree, though.

The requirements are in 37 CFR 11.7 which you should read. 

The main difference for foreigners is that aliens must provide proof that recognition is not inconsistent with the terms of their visa or entry into the United States.
