I have been told that it is descriptive and can not be trademarked, yet I have also read examples that elude to the fact that if I have used the name on business cards, advertising, or consider it the name of my business, it can be trademarked. I have used the name on all of the above since September 2000 and it is also clearly displayed at the top of my site. Can anyone give some input before I chase this goose? : I'd suggest that you mix in a more distictive second mark that can assuredly go on to the Principal Register of the USPTO, to lock in your identity. : M.
