Could any one of the manufacturers then legally turn around and threaten me with a lawsuit for trademark infringment for simply advertizing their products for retail sale? Dear Greg, There should be no problem unless the goods are counterfeit. There could be a problem selling trademarked goods bought abroad and imported. That is a tricky which is not always a problem.
