I am using the company name SAMPLE to ask my questions.
Our mother company SAMPLE SA owns the trademark SAMPLE, worldwide. They have the web site SAMPLE.COM. Our company is called SAMPLE USA INC.
We wish to use SAMPLEUSA.COM but one of our own distributors has registered it and wishes for us not to list the other distributors and pay whatever expenses in order for him to release it to us!
Can I demand it back, Without this crazy request?
His company sells tires as a main product. His comapny does not have SAMPLE used in it's name.
