stop company from using our name?

: My company, Mica Media just found out there is another company called Mica Media that does the exact same thing as we do, web design. I have a feeling they might have been around longer then us. : However we have the micamedia.com domain name, and they don't appear to have any registered trademark or anything else that entitles them to their name. : How can we tell them to stop using our name? Do we have any right to get them to stop?
