Hi,
I am thinking about starting a clothing line and I had a couple names for the business but
I did a search to see if they where trademarked and a lot of them were.
Now my question is what is the law for stuff like spelling the word or words diffrently? Do they have to
be totaly diffrent or for example can it be something like ( digatel and digital)??? How diffrent do they have to be is my question??
Another thing, what if the companys are totaly diffrent from the clothing biz would I be able to use the name or one similar then???
