Dear Mr. Sllva,

The earlier you act the safer it is if you have an Intellectual Property lawyer you can trust. Look up the lawyer in Martindale-Hubbell and also check the rating. (av) is the highest.

Even then you have to find a lawyer you can trust.

Written agreements are important.
