Hello to everyone from Germany,

does anybody have info or links on Indian and Asian Trademark Law?

I'm writing a doctoral thesis in Germany in whitch I investigate strategies of trademarks registrations in the view of a "Global Player". If you have any informations about this especially descriptions of strategies of international firms please post it.
