One name, two different products.

Suppose that a land developer named a residential community "Century"
and a church located in that are named itself "Century Church".
Would the church be infringing trademark law? It occurs to me
that the two are obviously NOT in competition and are not
in the same sector of business. Furthermore, the name used by
the church clearly indicates it as a church, NOT a development.

How does trademark law affect such an issue?

Jon
