Question, I own a very general product name URL. For example on something we can all relate: MilkJug.com

This website is a retial site carrying, what else, but Milk Jugs of all types for sale.

If there is a company with a registered trademark "Milk Jugs", of which they produce. Am I infringing, since this is a very general and common name? Also if I were to post on the site a disclaimer that we are in way the manufacturer of the product, nor represent them any way.

Thanks

George
