: : Hi,
: : I have a phrase that I would like to get a trademark for. The phrase would be used on clothing and the like. Exactly how would I go about doing it and how do I find out if someone is already using it? Any help would be much appreciated.

Dear Tony Ciuffo,

It is best to know what you have what you want to do with it and how you are going to use it.

The next step is to find out if the mark is even available.

Starting to use a mark without a search me set up all kinds of difficulty.
