: I own the domain name booksfordummies.com and the publisher of the "...for dummies" series(idgb publishing) is telling me to hand over my domain name to them, if not they will sue me. Do they have a chance of winning a law suite? They say they have a trademark for "...for dummies" but that is a lot different that "booksfordummies". This could be big. Please advise me of what I should do. : k-
