: I am the president of a small group that is producing a small motion picture. We have grown attached to the name Paradox Productions and have been using it for a few months. We are worried that the name already may be taken. Paradoxproductions.com says that the website is copyright Paradox Media and Paradoxpro.com say they are copyright Paradox Productions. The name seems common, is it public domain? And if it isn't, is the name taken? Could I form a Paradox Productions organization, or even a non-profit organization? We have very little if any resources, and even a corporation filling fee would be an obstacle.
