Dear David, Substantially if what is said is used in context, there is less liklihood of trouble. The big problem is that if someone is out to get you and you are on the edge, if legal action is involved, even if you are right it may be costly. You are doing the right thing being cautious. Whether you like it or not good Intellectual Property advice now based on the exact facts might be the safest way to go. M. Arthur Auslander
