I make a customized dry erase message board by digitizing a customer's photograph and then reproducing the photograph on a magnetic message board. A customer recently gave me a photograph of a baby wearing clothes covered with a college's logo and a trademarked version of the team name. Can I digitize the photo, reprint it on the message board, and sell it?
On a related topic, if I can make the board and it looks real good, can I use an image of the board in my advertising?
