: could anyone point out any good site that contain information about buying or licensing a TM from the legal registrant of a federal mark?

: thanks

A website does not seem to be the way to go.

Pick a mark and ask the proprietor. If the mark is an important mark there may be licencing organizations. If it is am important mark, and they will licence, there may be high up front fees.

What is your real objective? You need legal advice as well as business advice.
