Thanks! Yes, it is interesting and I see it happening more and more. Incidentally, the USA and the Canadian companies involved in this do not trade under the hypothetical name, rather use it as a branded product if you will. The UK co.has the full domain name itself as its company name. Would the fact that products themselves cannot be sold outside of the UK make any difference to this situation?
