I am currently writing an essay for my LLM and would welcome any comments that anyone may have regarding the recent decision in Zino Davidoff and its reconciliablity with the the ECJ judgement in Silhouette. Also any interesting comaprisons that could be made between these cases and the US case of K Mart.
