Question(s):
1. What is the status of the Community Trademark (CTM)?

2. In the future, will national trademarks (within the
European Union) disappear?

3. There are a lot of applications for a CTM from the
US. Is there a specific reason?

4. Is it possible to compare US Trademark law with the
CTM and/or (national) European Trademark law?
