How is it that two trademarks (such as Anne Klein and Calvin Klein just purely as an example) can coexist, and just exist in the first place, as surnames, similar surnames, both selling under the same class of goods?

can someone tell me the differences between the 5 Mark Drawing Codes, and is one kind stronger than another?
