TMA 1938 electronic copy needed !!!!!

Hi folks,
I am working on my doctoral thesis on Trademark Law and the changes imposed by Community legislation. Since I also want to cover the U.K. I would need a copy of the TMA 1938 - unforunately I was not able to find an electronic copy on the net and my hometown university is not as well equipped as I thought.
Could anyone help me out of my dilemma and either send an electronic copy to my e-mail address stated above or name a source, where the TMA 1938 is obtainable on the net.
