Yahoo Trademark Infringement

I have a domain name yahoopricing.com After reading some of the post on your site I am now confused as to if I am infringing on the Yahoo! tradename. It appears to me that Yahoo! and Yahoo Pricing! are different and that any reasonably educated person could distingush between the two. My business will stricly focus on pricing searches where Yahoo is a information content portal. Although both have a similar word in the domain name does that give Yahoo Inc. exclusive rights to exclude everyone else from using a word that has been around long before the company Yahoo Inc. was ever formed.
