We've lodged an official objection to their intended registration
of "24.com" as a trade mark (yes, it turned out that the
mark hasn't been registered at the time). In the end, they've
end they withdrew the TM application - http://nobodyowns24.com has all the details ...

The nobodyowns24.com site will be kept up for as long as host24.com is
in business, if only to remind people that the large corporates are not always right!
