: I recently designed a web site for a company and I would like to show that design in my portfolio and in my marketing. This company says I cannot show it because their name is trademarked. I know I own the copyright to the design of the site but can they make me not be able to show it because of the trademarked name?
It looks as if they are pulling your tail and they don't know what they are doing. You may be in a postion to teach them a lesson if they have not handled the situation properly.
