You can click the Trademark Page of this Forum and get the information that you want.
I support myself by the practice if Intellectual Property law, so I'm not fully a philanthropist. The fact of the matter is that if you work at it you may be able to get a trademark registration without the use of an Intellectual Property lawyer. Just registering does not quarantee that you have gotten what you want in the way you want it or that it will work or ven if it should be done.
If you give me a call I won't charge for the initial discussion nor will I charge without warning. My whole system crashed and I'm not sure if my email is working yet.
